Introducing Leticia Silva, Principal Design Manager

We’re excited to welcome Leticia as Principal Design Manager on the TDCG team! 

A Registered Architect with over 19 years of industry experience — including 13 years in New Zealand and six in Canada — Leticia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. 

Before joining TDCG, Leticia was a Principal at Construkt Architects, where she played a key role in delivering a diverse range of residential and commercial projects across New Zealand. Her passion for thoughtful, innovative design and her extensive industry experience make her a fantastic addition to our growing team. 

We’re thrilled to have her on board and can’t wait to see the impact she makes at TDCG!
