  • Ryan Keogh

    Chief Executive Officer

    Ryan has a passion for Property investment, development and the construction industry. He originally qualified as a carpenter before studying Quantity Surveying and Construction Management at Massey University and Otago Polytechnic. Later he gained a Bachelor of Applied Management with a major in Strategic Management.

    Over the last 15 years, Ryan has held a number of leadership roles in the property and construction sectors across New Zealand. He has gained extensive experience in project management of commercial property developments including hotels, retirement villages, residential apartments, office buildings, commercial property, retail centres, custodial and education facilities.

    If he’s not in the office, you will probably find him competing at a multi-sport event, or on the ski-field.

  • George Grant

    Group Financial Controller

    George has an in-depth understanding of accounting and finance principles, gained through experience in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. With over 14 years' experience across public practice and commercial roles, he has comprehensive knowledge of both property development and construction industries.

    George holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Otago and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. He enjoys delivering value by structuring financing arrangements, evaluating feasibility, delivering process improvements with automation and problem solving.

    If he’s not in the office, he's out running or playing sport with his family.

  • Leticia Silva

    Principal Design Manager

    Leticia is a Registered Architect with over 19 years of industry experience, including 13 years in New Zealand and six in Canada. Before joining our team, she was a Principal at Construkt Architects, where she led a variety of residential and commercial projects across New Zealand. 

    She brings a deep passion for thoughtful, innovative design and a wealth of industry experience to every project she works on. With a strong leadership presence and a focus on excellence, she plays a key role in driving high-quality outcomes.

    Outside of work, Leticia enjoys getting outdoors, playing tennis, and travelling.

  • Joyee Kwan

    Project Lead

    Joyee holds a Master of Architecture and has extensive experience working on large-scale projects, including retirement villages across Auckland and beyond. With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on community impact, she plays a pivotal role in leading the delivery of our projects from inception to completion.

    Her ability to collaborate closely with consultants and navigate complex design and construction challenges makes her a key asset in shaping the future developments at The Botanic Silverdale.

    If she’s not at work, you’ll find her checking out new brunch spots or enjoying a live gig.

  • Joe Nio-Aporo

    Senior Architectural Technician

    Joe has experience across residential and commercial projects. Before joining our team, he spent six years at Ryman, leading teams on major village developments, including care and independent living buildings.

    Joe has significant expertise in technical documentation and site coordination, Joe is highly skilled in Revit, ensuring precision and efficiency in project delivery.

    Outside of the office, you’ll find Joe spending time with his family.

  • Kelly Simmonds

    Architectural Technician

    Kelly holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from Unitec. She has a wealth of experience having worked on luxury apartment developments for one of Auckland’s better-known architecture firms, Paul Brown and Associates.

    She is passionate about how built environments, design, and layout of buildings alter how people work and live. Kelly brings a passion for design, process efficiency, and a keen eye for detail to every project.

    Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her kids and getting outside in the garden.

  • Grace Williams

    Marketing Graphic Designer

    Grace has a passion for information communication and accessible design. She holds a Bachelor of Design with Honors from Massey University and has five years experience designing across print and digital platforms.

    Grace approaches all projects as a ‘brand guardian’, ensuring the integrity of the brand is maintained through strong, streamlined designs. She is a creative problem solver and brings a fresh perspective and innovative thinking to all of our projects.

    Outside of work, Grace enjoys running, baking and getting outdoors.
