We’re excited to welcome Leticia as Principal Design Manager on the TDCG team!  A Registered Architect with over 19 years of industry experience — including 13 years in New Zealand and six in Canada — Leticia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. 

It’s been a fast-paced start to the year, with our team diving straight into Stage 8 Villas documentation at The Botanic Silverdale, designing undercroft RV parking, and collaborating with Matvin on exciting project concepts.

Our architectural team has been hard at work over the past few weeks, focusing on the design of an RV parking undercroft — an amenity that will enhance convenience and functionality for future village residents.

Join us in celebrating Brooklyn Bonham who was awarded the Matvin MAKO TDCG Person of the Year.

Joe joins our team from Ryman Healthcare. He has a well-rounded understanding of the unique design requirements of retirement spaces and the people who use them.

Last Friday Matvin, MAKO and TDCG got together for our annual team building day. Our team spent the day golfing and quad biking before heading to Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen for a drink and bite to eat.

Joyee joins our team from Ignite Architects and has worked on several large-scale projects including other retirement villages in Auckland and further North.
