Mānuka Care

Currently progressing through Concept Design, our Care Building brings together architecture, care operations and specialist consultant input to create an environment centred around comfort, dignity and connection.

The building will provide 57 care suites, comprising one level of Memory Care and two levels of Assisted Living / Rest Home care.

An extensive operational review is informing the design, balancing the practical requirements of care with a premium residential offering. Generous private suites, considered materials and finishes, and shared spaces for residents and families create a welcoming environment focused on comfort and connection.

Supporting the resident experience, essential operational facilities including a commercial kitchen and laundry are integrated into the building.

Our approach is to create a care environment that feels residential rather than institutional, considered in its details, intuitive in its operation and focused on the people who use it every day.
