Most retirees looking at moving into a retirement village will ‘shop around’ and thoroughly investigate all the different living options available. On the Hibiscus Coast, The Botanic is one of several retirement villages that retirees can choose from.

The purpose of the Sales Brochure is to give new visitors to the village a comprehensive overview of what The Botanic offers, and more importantly, cement the ‘feel’ of the village community. The brochure is the first piece of collateral prospective residents take home from their visit to the village. It is also the first interaction many of their families have with The Botanic brand.

Heavy on imagery, the brochure features the faces of real residents in the village. This imagery adds a layer of authenticity to the story being told through the brochure – residents lead fulfilling, social, and enriched lives at The Botanic.

The off-white pages are soft and welcoming, and the heavy, textured card stock the brochures are produced on subtly communicates the luxury nature of the village.
